is the shiz!

recommended upgrade for those who have a 3G iPhone, if you have the 3GS, it's not that big of an upgrade

the screen is amazing

and now that it's been jailbroken, it's just increased my love for it

Are you using the free case they supplied though?

Who holds their phone in a 'death grip' anyway?

Agreed, its pretty awesome. I have had every release of the iphone and they just keep getting better. I was going to wait in line on fri but couldnt be bothered. Through vodafone on the friday night i placed an order for one and it arrived monday morning! I couldn't believe it, especially when they said 2-3 weeks.

It came just in time, as i dropped my 3gs on the floor and cracked the glass completely. Oops i fail with apple products lol, last week also dropped my ipad and gave it a few dents.

No issues with the death grip, you can see it drops reception but never cuts out during phone calls or anything like that. Im with vodafone fwiw

Vodafone have pretty good reception, I'm with em too and never have any issues.

Glyn, what's the diff between the 3GS and 4?

I downloaded Doodle God last night.

Had to laugh when you combine Apple & Phone that it gives you 3 golds.

FWIW vodaphone's reception is horrible once you get north of gawler - in freeling it is marginal and in kapunda or further north it is non existent

Just a few minor things.

Obv the shape, its a tad heavier but feels nice in your hands with the squared edges.

The screen quality trumps the 3gs atm its just awesome. Its a 920 x 640 retina dsplay.

Facetime: which is video talk so yeah the camera on the front of the phone as well, which has a good flash, and i think its now 5mp. Also has hd recording

Multitasking is crazy on this thing, double tap the home screen and you can switch from message to a game to notepad, whatever, but yeah doesnt lag or anything.

And the battery life is also surprisingly good, few more hours longer than 3gs
