Ok right now tentativelly I am considering the following:

$2,500 GTD Adelaide Champs Satellite
VENUE: West Adelaide Football Club - Saturday July 31st
PRIZES:
1st: $1,500 Adelaide Champs Main Event Entry (40k Start and 40 minute blinds; similar to current ANZPT structure)
2nd: $500 888PL Grand Final Seat and $500 Cash(20k Start and 45 minute blinds
excess in prize pool distributed as GF seats or cash prizes - TBC

POSSIBLE TOURNEY STRUCTURES:

$20 rebuy

START STACK:2,000
BLINDS: 15 minutes
FORMAT: Unlimited rebuys for first hour of play, single or double addons available at first break.

$30 Cubed

START STACK: 5,000
BLINDS: 15 minutes
FORMAT: One rebuy available during first 90 minutes of play and one addon available at first break.

$100 Cannonball

START STACK: 20,000
BLINDS: Cannon ball format
FORMAT:Freezeout structure but blinds in a cannonball format, increase in length by three minutes every level but cap out at 40 minutes in length, will run for approx 8 hours.
Round 1 - 5 minutes 25/50
Round 2 - 8 minutes 50/100
Round 3 - 11 minutes 100/200
Round 4 - 14 minutes 200/400............

Round 10 - 32 minutes 2000/4000/500
Round 11 - 35 minutes 3000/6000/500..................etc..............

$100 Triple Chance

START STACK: 10,000
BLINDS: 20 minutes
FORMAT: All players have a 10K start stack and two CHANCE cards. Players can redeem Chance cards for an additional 10K in chips if they lose their stack during the first 180 minutes of play. Tournament will run for almost 8 hours.

This is the day before our semi's yes ? 8-)
When choosing between the 2 evils , I like to choose the 1 i haven't tried yet !

i think i like the cannonball event the most - we might actually get some deepish stacked final table play, which would be awesome.

question about the triple chance event - do your cards become an addon at the end of 180 minutes?


i like the cannonball the most though.

i like the cannonball the most though.


Triple Chance tournaments basically mean that you start with three times the amount of chips as stated. So you will receive eventually 30K in chips for your buy in!

It's basically a fixed rebuy event.

Are "cards" for event 4 going to need to be stamped, or are they redeemable at any point?

So, similar to the 10K PLO event at the WSOP this year?
