Why is it that the SA semi has 30 min levels and the Vic semi has 20 min levels?
Shouldnt these tourneys be identical given they have the same qualification criteria?

Do both state have a similar amount of qualifiers as if not this may could explain the need for different blind time structures for each event. Time constraints for each venue could also be a reasonable explaination as different venues would have different operating hours attached to there license.
