Villain flat calls your raise. Villain is first to act post flop, and follows what I wrote initially.
Now this is far more challenging -
It is a slight over bet, so it could be defensive(ish) to find out where you are at.
But if you just flat call this bet, what are you hoping to achieve? Hit an A on the turn? If you've got the best hand here and now, wouldn't you push in with it?
Hard call to make in all cases, except situation (c), which I would be pushing all in with -could you really put them on trips there (theoretically of course - who knows what adrenaline would do)
