Min 5 hour block to be completed and the player with the greatest amount of $/hour takes the award.
i think the problem with this is that it gives incentives for people to quit the game.
if i have crushed over the first 5 hours, there is a fair chance i would stop playing and hope that my win rate was enough to get me the prize. this is why i like the overall, because it encourages the winning players to stay longer, just in case someone else goes on a heater.
it also encourages the losing players to rebuy once more, because if they double up a few times, then they could be in line for a biger payday.

You cannot rake the prize pool and you cannot make any fee that does not go towards the prize pool a compulsory fee. I know it's a private residence but just be careful.
fair enough
so we can have non-compulsory tips to a dealer, and compulsory contributions to the prizes for most won etc.
both can be done on the hour.
i.e you pay $1 to the prize pool, and if you feel the need, you can tip the dealer
