Correct Jamo. We may be loyal to 888pl but if a persons "local" changes their allegiances from 888pl to NPL how many would stop playing there and find another 888pl venue?... Not me, coz travelling between different venues is what I do, but there are many who only play at their "local" & may continue to play their regardless of which company runs it.
Also, I don't believe the market is currently big enough in SA to support another league. Sure bring in another league if they are going to work hard at attracting new players to poker, but they are just going to buy an existing data base and try to pinch players.

The fact is that players are going to find a balance between convenience and perceived value. At the moment its 888pl ahead by a fair margin but much work will have to be done to remain that way.
