$888 888pl Freerolls

What is the general thoughts about the games.
Im content with the blind structure, 10 minute levels with small antes included may have worked a bit better.
From the 1 i played on monday the level has been horrendous with the exception of a few.
Payout structure is terrible, who thought to pay out to 5 in a supposed giveaway freeroll, paying to about 20-25 would seem about right for a freeroll like this.
Start time is about right, early enough that it finishes at a half reasonable time, but late enough that it is possible to get back from a venue game and still have a chance to still be in. (you do need to get out reasonably early for this though.

Whats other peoples thoughts?

What can I say ? It is a freeroll paid for by 888pl & 888 :roll:

monies for nothing if you make top 5 .

I'm sure if you ask Garth you might get a platinum or gold bar instead . FFS

Yes i know it is a freeroll and paid for by 888 and 888pl. Im just trying to give some constructive feedback. Its equivilant to a 450 person semi final only paying to the top 8. Its just way to top heavy, top 2 have 2/3 of the total prizepool.

Hi Guys,

I was going to make it winner take all but decided that was unfair, instead I settled on a set payout structure over the top 5, irresepective of the amount of runners.

It is a freeroll and I just wanted players to jump on and play through to the final table rather than have a cash bubble and final table bubble stage.

I will take what you say into consideration for the next freeroll promotion!

I have had the same discussion with several people who think the payout structure is unfair. They all believe they deserve their $0.11c for coming 80th in a freeroll.... :shock:

Besides the fact that you should be playing for the WIN anyway, the fact is it is a FREEROLL and people should be happy for the chance to win something for nothing.....
