Come on hand discussioners!

Postby gmatical » Tue Jun 22, 2010 9:50 pm

Lets keep up the recent excellent & vibrant hand discussion that we have enjoyed here & keep up the content.

To do so I have come up with this post!

The ONLINE CHAMPS are upon us and I know we are all going to bring our A game - particularly for the Main Event.

Let's all post our 'bust out' hand (or winning hand If you are the braclet winner) for us to critique each others (or indeed our own) play.

No matter how standard the call or dirty the river - lets post & discuss.

Why not also add bust outs for the 6 max, omaha or High Rollers if you are that way inclinded?

So what do you think y'all - let's get involved

P.s. Don't worry about the format of the hand, just do your best to explain it as best as you can - but try to add the key info - blinds, position, stacks, antes, etc.
May all your pain be champagne!

instead of your bustout or winning hand, what about just generalise it to the most interesting hand from your tournament.

Okay, go for it - I like discussing the bust out as it usually represents the most fatal error of your tournament, an element that, if corrected through hand discussion, may have allowed a player to go deeper in tourneys!

I reckon if you can manage 6 tables you can manage to jot down a hand or 2 :)

I just worked out how to 'double quote' - this forum will never be the same!

Most of the time i find it's the exact opposite - the bustout hand is standard but I got short stacked because of some mistake

See how we go

I tend to agree, bust out hands are generally pretty standard; suckouts or short stacked shove plays.
