Whoop Whoop
Won my first TC challenge tonight and am over the moon. I have been struggling with my play and mixing it up and it has all been very disheartening lately so this has really made my day!

Re: Whoop Whoop
Thanks everyone. I got very lucky that my opponents slow played huge hands on 2 occasions which let me double up. First was player who had KQ suited who hit top pair on flop and did not bet, he then turned 2 pair and min bet which allowed me to river the straight. Second one small blind limped with pocket kings on my big blind. I flopped 2 pair and turned the book.

Re: Whoop Whoop
No Friday was bad play with me listening to too many experts in the background. Sorry about that benny the cunt. I know I offended a couple of people that night with my play and I am really sorry about that.
Last night just me sitting in the Kitchen all alone with showtek pumping hard when I lost my way. I took it down with my own style of play which is what I am most proud of.

If it was a read, I don't think you can say it was a bad play at all! You called a bluff and won!.... But if the "experts in the background" were just a few heros that said "call, I bet he's got nothing", then yeah, bad...

Anyone who is offended by play really does not deserve enough respect to worry about! Sure, if you're ungraceful in victory, bitter in defeat or launch someone for their play, sure, they can be offended. But not if you're just playing a little unconventionally!madali wrote:I know I offended a couple of people that night with my play

Re: Whoop Whoop
With that hand it was not so much a read as the fact that I had hit and it was only going to cost me 2k more when I had almost a 20k to take down a 6.5k pot and eliminate a player if I won. My preflop call was all wrong but by the time benny the cunt pushed all in I was already committed to calling and my heart said I was ahead. Flop was checked and when I bet 1k on the turn I said to myself if he pushes now I have got to call.
