Most amount of outs in Omaha?

Before i look it up, think it is 23-27 with 4 cards on the board. 2 flush draws, wrap straight draw and set into fullhouse draw.

Doesn't it have to be top two pair with an OESFD and a second flush draw vs bottom set? Because you can't have a set, then there are too many blockers that you lose... they have to be AHEAD, remember.

Going from this post from omaha odds. Finally looked it up.

30 outs.

JcTh7c6h on 9h8cxcxh board.

Any 5,6,7,T,J,Q = 20 outs.
5 to each suit left. = 10 outs.

If opponents hand is AsAdKsKd, and board is unpaired.

Best i can do.
I say 23-27 is usually good, getting a hand like that, just not that nice to lose.
