Season 5 2008 State Final will be held at the PARAFIELD GARDENS COMMUNITY CLUB ON SUNDAY FEBRUARY 8TH 2009.

Was a really great night last night at the waikerie club, with everyone down to 11th having a shot of making the top 5. It made for some exciting and hurried calculations as the night wore on.

A big well done to Nigel Hole who will have his named engraved on the venue winners trophy for the second time. Well deserved mate.

This will be my 5th state finals from the 7 seasons, playing at one regular venue for each of the seasons (Old spot in gawler, the waikerie club) but i was wondering.

Has there been anybody qualify for all 7 state finals through the one venue? That would be an awesome achievement.

is this planned as a flight system, or can they hold enough people here? It seemed to hold 380 with a bit of room left.

This is only my 2nd states.. I'm excited, and its being held on my anniversary

i am sitting 5th at the moment at the kingy, but at the moment i cant' make it this friday

might have to see if i can try and make it there.

a few of the players behind me are top 5 elsewhere, and there are 2 above me that are either in the state top 50 or are around the mark at other venues as well, so with a bit of luck it might be possible that i hang on to a states spot
