I am a Ford man now but have owned many many cars of all makes and models. Its a common joke between people i know as too which car will i (Jon) have next ! or how long i will keep the one i have.

I currently have a 66 Mustang coupe (Red) 289 manual nice and original on historic rego with the Mustang club SA.Red and white interior, CD/DVD/LCD TV all hidden, original rallye wheels with white walls, twin system, and recon just about everything including all the chrome. Not concource but very straight, clean and reliable.
And i have a BF11 F6 Torando (Octane = Orange). Both Great but theres nothing like the old V8's

Unfortunately it was done years ago when my dad owned the car,
the original motor was stuffed and the clevo was what he got his hands on. I'm sure the Windsor is still somewhere in the shed though.

Bob, I'm a bit young to remember your speedway exploits- I'm more of the Speedway Park era- remember watching plenty of the guys you raced against though. My father and Uncle ran a couple of Ford Zephyrs in the modified saloons about the same era of Rowley Park as you were going around. Don't know if you'd remember them?

Love that first photo of your sprintcar- looks awesome- flat out and sideways, the way they are meant to be driven.

Good to see a few nice Escorts and Mustangs going around as well, I have a couple of Mk1 Escort panel vans myself.

Very nice and one car I have always wanted but just missed out on every time I went to buy one.

I had a very slim chance a few years ago to buy an early RHD fast back Mustang. Not sure if it was a genuine Shelby or not but it was so nice with the air box thru the bonet.

It was owned by one of the old speedway greats who passed away and he said it was mine if and when he passed away unfortunately his wife let someone else buy all of his cars as one lot and he ripped her off.

My next car may be a Mustang RHD tho or maybe a Monaro or maybe I'll see if my arse can fit in a 300c Chrysler, LOL.
