Master Chef Australia

The Australian Master Chef is a very bad 2nd rate copy of the original from England which actually has Aussie Chef John Torode co-hosts the program with ingredients expert Gregg Wallace .

I think the producers have confused and tried to blend elements of Top Chef USA and Master Chef UK,and failed

Still doesn't mean MasterChef Australia isn't good. Stop trying to compare things :P I haven't seen the UK version, so nothing to compare it to.

yep you right its nothing and not worth trying to compare to a great show from the UK

I love the UK version. I haven't watched much of the Aussie version, but like Gundog said, it's too much like an infusion of Top Chef and Masterchef with other lame reality show cliches thrown in.

On a related topic, I don't like the voice over people 10 use for their commercials.
We've how about links I would like to know I walk the line scrunches line at how the client Lawrence etc. etc.

The US version of The Office is waaayy better than the UK one. Steve Carell is awesome.

Since the US Office stopped trying to be a direct copy, they have created an awesome show! The UK one is still ahead, but the US one has kept their show going a lot longer.

The US one uses the supporting cast a heck of a lot more.

And Gareth is way funnier than Dwight :)

fark. HUGE FAIL

:)

Bacon is right, the US version started the same (although since Gervais and Merchant were executive directors, I guess it was influenced)

But the UK original is still in my top 2 shows ever, full stop.

There is nothing wrong with the US show as such, it just doesn't hold a candle to the UK version.
