New owners for Brisbane Roar, story here

Not that you'd have known they were struggling!

Really good work from them last season, hope to see more of the same - except against Adelaide!
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Yeah they will be among the ones to beat again this season. I think ange postecoglu has his team playing such a good system that it doesn't really matter that hey have lost barborouses, solarzano and McKay. He will be able to replace them with players who still fit their system.

My team is locked in. I am an A League fantasy noob though.

haha dirty, dirty man.

I predicted an entertaining 0-0 draw for Harry v Emo and that's exactly what it was, had a bit of everything. Great keeping!

Newcastle v Melb Heart was a bit lower in terms of quality but 3-2 wasn't horrible.

Brisbane looking excellent which is saying something because Central Coast aren't exactly looking terrible themselves. Brilliant start to the league!

Gold Coast v Wellington should be an easy win for Gold Coast.

Perth v Adel might be a fizzer, because Perth are crap and have a crap coach too ;)
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Seem to have a bit more time on the ball, but they seem dangerous on the counter. They complain a lot

Hang on, what?

Was that typed before or during the match?

I thought Adelaide were excellent. I especially liked the following:

A) van Dijk's goal celebration.
B) Galekovic's spray in the last couple of minutes
C) McKain charging at Kewell and then cheekily telling him all about it
D) Adelaide won

van Dijk up front with Vidosic looked AWESOME.
