So my prediction of 544 was way off.

It was pleasing to see Hayden, and in particular Katich, play fairly aggressively for the fifteen or so overs they had to face last night. Could have easily gone into their shells and ended up 1 or 2 wickets down for next to no runs.

INDIA opener Gautam Gambhir has been banned for one Test match for conduct contrary to the spirit of cricket.
Gambhir was punished for elbowing Australian allrounder Shane Watson in the chest while taking a run on the opening day of the current third Test in Delhi.

i really hope australia draw this game and smash the indians in the final test to retain the trophy, but somehow i dont really see it happening
