Just make it about half it's current size as a maximum.

I am trying to be constructive and raise a concern. Some of the guys here have been helpful and isn't that what a forum is about. I have acknowledged the feedback that has been provided in a polite manner, and by the way, quite a few of the people who have posted here do in fact play in this particular Tuesday night event regularly.
