How many opportunities like this will you ever have in a major tourney?? You have to get it in here...

Snap call even quicker?

I suggest you pokerstove AA vs 10% hand range heads up then do it vs. 2 opponents.

I seriously can't believe we are even discussing it....

The one time you know you are getting your chips in good preflop is with AA...

If you don't ship your chips in here, what are you waiting for???

It's a hypothetical about the first hand of your dream tournament where it's more about the experience than poker.

It's a question about whether you risk your tourney life on the first hand in a high equity situation.

I just added more veracity to it by saying what happens if it's not a heads up situation?
What if everyone moved all in and you're last to act with AA?

Where does the hand equity make and impact on your "experience" equity?

If you are last to act it's fine. Otherwise you have to wait until showdown.

I know I said that on here once, but for the life of me i can't remember when or in what context.

Yeah, but the point is, what better way to start you dream tournament off than with AA, getting it allin against 2 opponents? You are the one that always pushes for a call in tough situations, I would have thought you would snap this off in a second.....

Jo,

I think you are missing the point of this hypothetical, and in case you haven't noticed I haven't given an answer one way or the other.

And:
You are the one that always pushes for a call in tough situations

Seriously? I always push for a call in tough spots? Wow, I guess you haven't been reading the HH section much.

Haha, ok Garth, I should know better than to post in these threads. A search for you saying "I agree with you Jo" turns up nothing!... ;)

I guess that means I don't know how to play poker...
