My goal is to make it to Berri and not drink alcohol whilst I play. When I'm out, then it's on. Otherwise I shall try my best to resist. Almost unattainable goal I know but still.

But seriously - what's everyone goals for Berri? My initial goal is to make it to day 2; anything after that is just gravy.

Concur. Put another way, I'd like my golf clubs to be an unnecessary addition for the trip (and if that is a chicken shnitty, I'd prefer parmigiana as topping please)

It sure is going to be interesting seeing everyone deal with "deep" stacks.

Will re-raises get more respect.
How big will people size their re-raises, as all-in isn't really the only options.
How will people value hands with antes out there for the taking (did the blind sheet state how much the antes would be?)
How will people use "all-in" as a strategy when they suspect someone has a better hand than them, but not a great hand.

My main goals are.

- to not make any decisions i will later regret
- to always keep fold equity on my side and get my chips in first. I never want to have to call somebody with my tournament life on the line
- to see as few showdowns as possible, keeps people guessing

(my real goal is to finish higher that bennymacca. I have had bragging rights for a little while now over my much-less-skilled bro, but with him actually in the top 5 of a leaderboard now, i dont want him having any more ammo )

After setting goals for the last 3 state finals and not achieving them, i'm not setting anymore goals. Guess I'll just have some drinks and hope for the best!
