The poker area is a seperate room entirely with a fireplace and it's own bar and direct entry to the toilet facilities - one might even say it's a function room.
Numbers were traditionally around the low 40's last season but the average now looks to be in the 50's. There's plenty of room for more though and I'd encourage everyone to go and have a look.
Meals are available in the adjacent dining area and they have an 'express' menu which is always ideal for us poker players (the Windsor could learn a lesson or two here I feel). Prices are quite good - as an example a chicken snitty is $9.90 and I recommend the Jim Beam and Cola stubbies which are $6.50 - a meal and said stubbie got me 5 stamps.
Whilst playing poker there is the luxury of having the personable Vicki-Lee taking drinks orders, she does a great job and always has a smile on her face. During the first break the staff bring out platters of nibblies, which for me just adds to the already present feelgood factor.
