my only recent cashouts from 888 have been via neteller, and it has been within about 3 days.

my advice would be to keep bugging them every day until they get it sorted

Have you sent a follow up email to 888poker.com? Honestly i have had problems with my cashout going to my bank account mainly because my bank won't do US to AUD transactions. The first time they rerouted through NAB, the second time they just redeposited it back into my online.

It sucks a little, but they do cover most of the main banks in Australia. Can you still cancel the transaction? And why have you left it for 3 months? I am up in arms if i can't see any movement of the dollars in two weeks.

Believe me i have been sending almost daily emails from 21/01/2010
was advised that the funds had just been returned on that day (hmm) would be resent, advised on 12/02/2010 had been returned processing errors at their end and resent. "Should be in my account next couple of days!"
They "have put on another trace to see where the funds are, should take a couple of days!"

Annoying thing is cashed out in november and got the money couple of days later. The form was saved on my computer and December cash out used exactly the same details as previous one!!

I had the same problem. Cashed out once fine, the next time I cashed out with the same details there was a problem with one of the numbers I used for the bank transfer.

Took about the same amount of time to sort out, but they are pretty helpful and it was all sorted in the end. Apparently I used the wrong Poli number or something.
We've how about links I would like to know I walk the line scrunches line at how the client Lawrence etc. etc.

Muzzington, thanks thought it was just me.
Really put it out there to see if anyone else is having problems.
They are returning emails but still annoying.

I have a credit union account which is alligned to Westpac, but 888 say it is at there end were the problem is rather than mine.

There is your issue. Credit Unions can't do US to AUD transactions it has to go through one of the big 4. Even though they are backed up by Westpac, the transactions are all done by the credit union.

ANZ, CBA, Westpac, NAB have no trouble doing the US to AUD transaction. Hence why i am thinking about changing to one of them.

Have you got a new credit card with the chip or are you on a debit credit card? Reason i am asking is that i can't deposit into 888 with my current credit card which is a pure credit card. New regulation that has been passed or some BS.
