The Cavan hotel offers a great venue for NPL Poker and is played on Thursday nights 6.30 for 7.30pm start.

The interior of the hotel has been renovated and there is a spacious beer garden for all you smoke inhaling players!!

The stamp structure is as follows:
Soft drinks and schooner 1 stamp
Pint and basic spirit mixes 2 stamps
Meal purchase 4 stamps.... let me tell you guys, Thursday is Schitzel night as well.... Beef ($7) Chicken ($7.50) Calamari ($7.50 - i think). Excellent night out for NPL Poker Addicts!!

The staff are friendly and attentive.

I have heard that there will be a bounty there next week on a certain gentleman player of $100.

So get down to the Cavan, plenty of parking and great atmosphere!!

No. You're thinking of Cross Keys hotel. Cavan is just slightly further South from that. Cavan is the hotel with the Steak Van out the front. And I haven't seen any semi naked woman there ever.

There is a discreet friendly service in the front bar, the poker is held in the bistro area, which is located in the middle of the Cavan hotel.

The people there are awsomely friendly, the meals are really good, the staff are really friendly.

If you haven't been down there, come on down....

$100 up for grabs now, makes it a very attractive venue for even better reasons!!

I'd like to give it a bash but it does clash with Para Hills.

My points are down at the Hills and I was thinking of crashing the Kingsford at Gawler and giving the B&G guys a run for their money....LOL

I didn't get an invite from Big Pete so I might go to the Cavan instead.
