Hi guys just to let all know that i have been granted this thursday off to have a game with you all, so for all my regulars and any new players that want have a crack at the toughest venue in the barossa gawler region come on down. Moose is stepping up to run the event so we know the entertainment value will be high. also great value for stamps. to sweeten the pot a bit ill chuck a bottle of jacks or similar on my head not quite $500 but i have a mortgage hope to see you all there

Wow, Garth, that is harsh informing the public on how to take down Matty. I guess it is time to remind the NPL world the potency of playing K4 offsuit?

What is it with the K4? It's a curse and bane, destined to follow me around for the rest of my life.
The thing about that hand, wasn't that it was a bad beat, it was a 60/40. It was the insta call from my opponent, who was holding the dreaded K 4, that shocked me so much.
But by god I am sick of putting my money in when I'm a 4 to 1 favourite or greater and having that miracle river hit.

now now moose may i remind you that i was the last npl staff member left in the pooraka bounty, and there is also a fair chance i wont even play a hand before the first break if my cards remain as cold as they have been for the last few weeks
