(13th Oct 2008) Changes to the forum

Hi all

As you may have noticed, things have started changing. With the intention of the NPL in both Tasmania and Victoria using our forum, I have started the process of streamlining the system, and building a more universal forum.

The domain name has now changed. The name of the forum is now NPLForum.com.au, with nplforum.com also directing you to here (in case people forget).

NPLSA.com will continue to direct to here as well, so people won't be "lost" and your shortcuts, if you choose not to change them, will still work.

Sections have been moved. There are now three sections, one for each state (SA, Vic, TAS) containing everything for that state.

Each section contains it's own "Venues" and "Promotions" sections.

The section itself is for general chat. What was previously "General NPL Chat" is now inside the main "South Australia" section. Same with Victoria and Tasmania - if you enter those sections and post, it is considered "General Chat".

The ANNOUNCEMENTS and RULES sections can no longer be written to apart from moderators and administrators. Any discussion of topics inside those sections should be made in the general sections.

I hope everything works ok. Please let me know ASAP if something is askew, and I'll fix it immediately.
