It was a spectaular event in the SKYCITY Marble Hall on the weekend! It was great to see so many NPL players and staff there to support the event.

Thank you to the staff who offered their time to run a fun and professional event, without your help it would not have been possible.

i just want to congratulate all the players that made it into the sky city satelite this season. i didnt make it unfortunately but i did go down and support my friends that were playing on sat. i also want to congratulate the npl staff for putting on another great event at sky city. im looking forward to qualifing for the next one that you put on.

It certainly was great to see the amount of supporters who came down - well done to all who made the trip in just to cheer on their respective parties!

Oh, and thanks to the railbirds in the 150 tourney upstairs who were cheering Andre on, with a footnote of,"and Scott ..." Hope you enjoyed your drinks

Many thanks must go to both the NPL and their staff and the Sky City Casino who made it possible for some of us to enjoy the moment.

Unfortunately, there is always a first one out and a last one to finish but no matter how far we actually got in our individual Flights I'm sure it was a great experience for us all.

Congratulations to all of the winners and the unfortunate second place finishers. So, close yet so far, well done. Sorry to see there weren't any ladies take out one of the Flghts, maybe next time.
