Why hasn't this thread been started yet? Am I the only one who organised the time off work as soon the dates were announced? I am hangin for this event.....Rake free at Crown is unheard of! and the side games sound awesome.

What a night, got my 1st ticket in the $5, got $500 for 1st in the $22 six max and then took out the bounty in the $44 and am now heads up for the cash. Booyah! But this is still a Grand Final Excitement thread, I'm just extra excited now!

how many SA people are making the trek?

there are a fair few SA forumers going over including myself, russ, caleb, bacon, old man Swanky. obviously caleb can't play but he is going over to crush the cash games.

i am planning on playing the tourneys on friday and the JHDS on sunday, as well as getting in as much time as possible on the 2/3 tables. im not sure i am going to sleep for any of the 3 days.

who else is going and what are your plans?
