I think it's great and looking forward to bigger prizepools but having just finished competition law I have to ask:

Did you get legal advice as to whether the merger is legal given the likely anticompetitive effect on the pub poker market?

First of all - really?
Second of all - what percentage of the market share of the poker market do you think this acquisition realises?

I am not going to answer any more questions as I have an obligation to discuss these issues with Franchisee's, licensees, regional managers and TD/TC's firstly before opening a dialogue on here.
