Me too. I was able to register for the 9pm game and then about 5 minutes to go went down. Have tried restarting computer and reinstalling the program but still nothing. On the phone to support but have been on hold now for 15 minutes.

Sounds like a different issue. Try reinstalling the program and see if this helps. If not I would contact support and see if they are able to assist. Good luck and hope you are back on soon
