Nightly games numbers dropping

Why is it that nobody wants to play the nightly games such as the Jmack, daily and feature games?

The only games that get numbers are the freerolls (that have 40-50% of the runners sitting out) and the 10x point games on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Is the lack of numbers of any concern to 888 or 888pl?

its because there isn't a guarantee there, so people would rather go and play a $5 normal tourney on 888, where you have a shot at a bigger score. imo of course

Another theory could be that you can't achieve anything with the points. The freeroll can lead to another game to play for a seat in the Main Event. The season when you could qualify for semi finals online, along with playing a minimum number of away games, was, i suggest, the season with the highest number of online players

My impression is that the 888PL tried to integrate online and offline events, but the online events created more headache than good. Also because it represents such a small part of the FHG's income, I think you'll find the online aspect becoming almost redundant apart from the Online Champs event which gets a lot of interest.

IMO.

yeah i agree with this - even though it probably didn't it can be seen as somewhat undermining the in-venue games.

I would be happy if the whole 888pl online experience was geared towards satellites for the aussie millions etc. every day they should be running feeders to weekly or monthly satellites to major events imo

LOL.

Ben, I like the idea of there being more satellites. Maybe they could use the online side to satellite to weekly in-venue live events and that way boost numbers in-venue. Maybe even offer vouchers for extra chips as awards. Or meal/drink vouchers with freerolls.

yep definitely this as well. but i would love a $5 nightly qualifier into a $50 weekly tourney into a $250 monthly qualifier that can be used for main event, aussie millions, etc etc
