OK... are all the guaranteed games subject to the same crappy cancellation clause that never seems to get mentioned when promoting them?

I went out of my way tonight to play those games and just before they start they're canned. Apparently there is a min number required before they run.

And I know you're going to bleat about overlay and it being a business decision blah blah blah, but why bother guaranteeing it at all in the first place if you're only going to cancel if you don't make the guarantee? Sort of defeats the purpose and pisses people off.

Not impressed at all gentlemen; especially as you essentially cut my night's entertainment in half.

Just a hint: the Tiger Airways business model is not one that inspires consumer trust & support.

Now I'm going to think twice before committing to playing online.

also, the min number of players is well below the guarantee

min number is usually 20, to make the guarantee it is usually well over 50.

but i agree that it is disappointing.

Are you serious? Jesus H Christ on a pogo stick! This forum is touted as the main source of bi-directional communication with 888PL so where else should I go to let my complaining voice be heard?

But I suppose I must apologise if I am unable to spend the necessary hours here trolling through posts to qualify for “cred”. I mostly work 12-14 hours each day and I have reached a stage in my life where I tend not to suffer fools gladly. So I have neither the time or the inclination to become a forum sycophant just so I can have your approval for my posts. And besides, I’ve done FORUMs to death 10-15 years ago (pssst... they’re not new you know... been around since Cocky was an egg) so I have no wish to go back to or partake of the petty, back biting societies often found dwelling in the lower levels (psst.. another heads up. Some players don't want to come back here because of that very reason. ).
