interesting idea. not sure it can be implemented in the 888 software though.
what about a spin on this idea though - on a saturday night, for 5 weeks consecutively, you could have a "series" event.
instead of the standard $10+1 for a tournament, you pay $10+1+3 or something like this. this would be easy to implement in the 888 software because you can change the amount of rake taken.
then, those tourneys have a separate leaderboard, and there is a prize pool for it, which is generated by the players playing over the previous weeks.
if you had 5 weeks with 20 people paying $3 towards a leaderboard, you would get $300 for an end of season prize pool which you could distribute to the top 3 or something. what do you think sunbury?
