Finally we have had to adjust the way players are paid via the Dream Team Finals. From now on (and for the past event) all players will receive the total dollar value for prizes directly into their 888Poker accounts. From there players are free to withdraw these funds and buy casino entries through 888PL or keep the funds as cash prizes. I apologise unreservedly for this last minute change and the inconvenience caused by this.

We hope to rectify the above issues over the coming weeks and apologise for any inconvenience caused or negative experiences.

BTW at no stage did I mention the respect aspect or disrespect you, but I do find it extremely difficult in differentiating between your serious posts and "other".

At no stage have I or the support desk received an email in regards to any of your issues or problems, all issues raised in social media have been addressed and answered to the best of our understanding. So where does the phone call come into it?

I seriously am at a loss as to what other issues are raised here apart from incorrect funds bonused to your account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reason I ask:888PL It's been top 3 since the beginning of the year lads. It's a freeroll, not a buy in tourney and the usual payout rules do not apply.

Players wanted a level qualification protocol and we received plenty of feedback and advice on this tournament, If you wish to have your voice heard and suggest constructive changes then please feel free to voice them on the forum.

Ok so incorrect amount deposited, that I follow.

I have always said the top 3 get paid, as it does on the website and everywhere it was linked. I agree with this and completely understand, I just don't understand why this keeps on getting raised when it's simply a fact of incorrect US amount bonused to your account.

You are short $AU how much?
We can fix this ASAP and can pay AU funds directly to you?

Each of the top 3 also won an 888PL GF seat too I believe?
