Steering this topic back into line, don't forget that 888 Poker is running a $2500 GTD freeroll on the Saturday the 9th of April at 8pm AEST. This tournament is to compensate many who experienced connection issues with the client over the Online Champs Weekend, and it is exclusive to 888PL players only!

So I (and many others here) seem to be registered for the WSOP Main Event Step 1, #30560440 on April 10th
Anyone know if you unregistered do you get the $5.50- credited to your account?

Since the target Step 2 event is on at midnight and Step 3 seem to be on at 4am, not really superkeen to get too invested.

So basically just wondering if anyone has unregistered from Step 1 and if so, did you get the entry fee back?

hey PLO, you might wanna start a new thread, this is kinda off topic.

maybe one of the mods can split this topic up.

anyway, as far as i know, you CANT unregister, but there is a loophole - if you have enough money in your account, you can register for the next step, then play the lower satellite. if you then win, you get cash instead of a ticcket because you are already registeredd, then you can unrego for the step. hope that helps

not yet. in case you dont get the cash ( i already had read about the register for step 2 idea), and i didn't want to unregistered and get nothing

Oh, and to keep it on topic the PLO event was great! Really glad that they had it as part of the schedule of events. Took a bit longer than I expected but still managed to nurse a short stack into the money. Still have to work on my game more since I was never really in with a chance at the bracelet

I wish there were more PLO events, but I guess the nightly game and the Sat event is still pretty good, considering PLO is not as popular as NLHE

I wish there were more PLO events, but I guess the nightly game and the Sat event is still pretty good, considering PLO is not as popular as NLHE
Probably be good if there was a omaha freeroll event at some stage during the week though, to encourage more people to try it out.
