start time for phase games

sorry, my understanding is that they had been like that for a while, and my actual thread was to suggest to move them again, exactly what you are suggesting. so we are on the same page with that one

well last season they were on a wednesday,last month it got moved to satarday & today i noticed its been moved to monday,im just a little confused,i was talking about the phase 2 and the phase 3 main event games now held once a month,i did post a blog on ask 888,still waiting for a reply.

yeah i think they have shifted around a bit, it was good point.

personally i think the phase 3s should be on saturday but it would be great if there were phase 2s on both weekdays and weekends

yes i agree with you there,however the daily phase 1 main event games are a great inclusion,albeit on a 530 adelaide time does probaly hinder the numbers,phase 1 nightly at 7.30, two phase 2 one midweeek & the other on sat,one phase 3 monthly,i think that would be good

No, I think what happened is that 888.com have just scheduled it for 28th of every month...

oh ok, still it would be good to inform us of changes, i mean if the days are constantly changing no wonder the numbers are low,no body seems to know what days to keep free at the moment,also i was chating to some one tonight who played in the 120$$ game at states & he didnt even no there were online sats avaliable

definitely agree with this.

maybe 888pl can send out some text messages for their online stuff as well as their venue, im sure that would boost numbers a lot

This is a real problem. When 888pl started, the online side of things was really pushed and promoted, and saw great numbers, even if they were only from SA, VIC & TAS. Now we have added QLD, NSW and WA, but numbers have dropped dramatically, so something is fundamentally wrong. I think it is time to introduce the online avenue to the APL and Pub Poker market and give them the opportunity to qualify for the ME and participate in "FHG" games online. I believe this would boost online numbers again, and help to bring back players who have stopped playing due to the dramatic decline in numbers....

I'm not a big player at either level now, but haven't FHG stated that on-venue is their main focus?

Hi All,

JMACK is correct in that the Phase 3 was scheduled for the 28th of each month, however, this will be rectified and the it will operate on the LAST SATURDAY of every month from now.

The next Phase 3 will operate on the 26th of May.

A text reminder will go out prior to the start of the event reminding all players!

I understand that some of the start times have been altered (nothing was changed from my end, I believe this is a GMT/ daylight savings error). This should all be fixed soon. Freerolls and Phases are 1-2hrs earlier.

I will be having a meeting with our team at 888 late tonight to discuss all of these issues and have everything fully operational once again. Please know I am aware that there are 2 freeroll 1's, and 2 and 3 are missing. For now enjoy the morning freeroll and I'll have this fixed ASAP

I will mention guys that for the current forseeable future Phase 2's will only operate once a week and will be on a Saturday. Four Phase 2's will operate before the Monthly Phase 3. All Phase 2's and 3's will operate on a weekend. Phase 1's will continue to operate dailys

The weekly freeroll Phase 2 rebuy will be live once again soon. A great way for you to qualify into the $22 Event.
