888PL NQ Main Event Satellite [Restricted to NQ Only]

Hi All,

I see today that there is a Main Event Satellite restricted to North Queensland 888PL players only [1 Main Event Seat GTD valued at $1200].

Why only NQ Players?

Does that mean each state is getting their own satellite?
