Can we play dealers choice?

LMAO @ true ignorance.

You want to play Ivey in a game of HIS choosing?

Yeah way to go on that call! Considering he is the master of just about every non HE discipline as well.

I reckon I could take him in a hot dog eating contest.

What if it wasnt Ivey benny the cunt?

What if you had to put your 1 Million up against the unlimited bankroll of an unknown, are you still choosing blackjack?

An unknown professional player? an unknown person who knows the rules of poker? an unknown person who may or may not have ever even played before? The answer would change significantly based on which of these unknowns it is.

In the actual question, im choosing black jack and its not even close, simply because i get to choose the stakes, and can control more of my environment. with ivey choosing the stakes and having unlimited re-buys it would almost be impossible to remain in profit over 24 hours.

i would love to here the answer of some pro's to this question. Obviously ivey has a much higher edge than 2% against us, but he would also have a big edge even against many pro's. If you remove the fact that many pro's would chose poker, simply because they love the game, and look just at the edge (positive or negative) that they would enter the game with, maybe some would choose black jack also.

Would joe cada or jen harman choose to play against ivey (or lots of other 'good but nowhere near ivey' pros) when they know ivey has a huge edge against them in this game?

hell, ivey would win my bankroll eventually even if he rebought and shoved blind every hand for 24 hours. i cannot rebuy remember. its more interesting if we get to choose the stakes against ivey also.
