I was trying something new. I was almost certain that the Villian was on the flush draw and when the club came on the river was pretty sure he would not fold not matter what I bet so thought lets try shoving and see what he does. Snap call and bing blang blaow

Meh if he has that then so be it. I have played the villian before and as I said not a great player. Maybe I am bad because the straight flush never entered into my mind I was more certain that he had the flush or at worst the same hand as me and the pot would be split. If the pot was split then my bet was really bad as I have driven up the rake so really was hoping he had what he had.
