Looks good.

I am very impressed with your timing skills, and I'm wondering how many BTU you're pumping out to cook that quickly :D

heat oil in a separate wok/pan, add onion, green pepper & ginger & stir-fry over medium/high heat for 39 seconds

Also, new wok? What material is that?

benny the cunt,

once i get wok cooking time right will take about 30/40 minutes prep & cooking time :) .
I used 2 wok's to cook this. & WOW the taste what can I say " still in a daze "
it was one of the best things I have ever cooked or tasted

p,s. I would add chillies to the beef , "I like hot stuffs T,N,T. 8-) I was amazed I could taste almost everything I put in both the rice & beef.

Well guys the guinea pig is still alive. ;)

Can't wait for the next one from the book - this one was great - beats restaurant/take away any day. Loved it. :D

Was the perfect amount for 4 people. Three for dinner last night and one for me for lunch today. Yummy yummy.
