HARPS,YS MOROCCAN "CAT" LAMB SORRY

Only the freshest ingredients are used , NO packet stuffs here old man Swanky .
First we Halal the meat .

Ingredients :
Potatoes
carrots
onions
fresh garlic "4 cloves"
capsicum
chillies
4 quarter "cat" lamb chops
moroccan spice
cummin seeds
cayene pepper (extra hot )
ground ginger
tumeric powder
bay leaves

prep: cut carrots 3 potatoes into cubes
dice 1 onion & 2cloves of garlic
cut chillies & capsicums

Cooking :
first grab drink

second brown chops in a fry pan

whilst chops are browning prepare vegies

slice 1 potato & 1 onions , about 5mm thick ,crush 2 cloves of garlic & place in bottom of tajine or casserole dish .
with 4 bay leaves

place cat "lamb" in tajine

add remaining onions , carrots , chillies , capsicum & garlic .

next prepare spices
in a cup 2or3 table spoons of moroccan spice , 1or2 teaspoons of cummin seeds , cayene pepper,ground ginger, tumeric powder
fill 3/4 quarters of boiling water & stir

next pour liquid over food stuffs in the tajine

place lid on & slow cook over low heat

for the next 5 to 6 hours you might want something to do heres a few suggestions

when cookings nearly finished your fringe should look like this

I would suggest loading pics up to Image Shack then using the links fomr there.
Much easier.

Imageshack or Photobucket are sites that host your pics for you, then you can simply link to them (so they display like Bacon's and old man Swanky's pics in this thread).

Better for us too, as it doesn't chew up the bandwidth like attachments do :)
