Had pasta the past 2 nights. Thinking of doing a mince dish. I might think of photos this time :)

With the Mince make Crusty Pie

500g Mince
1 onion
good slug Whostershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
SR Flour
Plain Flour.
Butter

Method
slice and dice onion, mix with mince brown salt and pepper to taste and set aside to cool.
Using plain flour, W Sauce, Salt & Pepper and knob of butter to make a gravy.
Blend with Mince mix.

Using the SR Flour, Salt & Pepper and water make a light batter.

Put mince mix in a casserole dish, pour batter mix over the mince.

Place in a preheated oven (180 deg) cook until the batter rises and is golden brown.

Serve with Mashed Potato and your choice of seasonal veg steamed.

Tomato Sauce or home made tomato relish are a must.

depends on the dish mate

if its a stuffed dish or a straight chicken then breast is a killer but if its a pasta or stir fry then yes thigh is the best option

but too tell the truth its 11pm ive had a skin full and just wanted to think about breast meat
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.........breast..........arghhhhhhhhhhh
