If people want terminator events the Tigers club has the Biggest cash game in Australia " 5 minutes from the Hoppers club "

funny thing is I wrote on this forum 1+ years ago this would happen . Time to find somewhere that has free rolls .
Free rolls cost enough as is with having to STAMP UP .

sorry, but its $10, i am pretty sure that is in the price range of pretty much everyone.

if it was a $50 tourney then i can see your point, but $10 gets you 1 drink these days, its not a huge cost imo.

You work it out how much it would cost me to play my 3 venue games a week .
You are talking about the western suburbs here where most people are on low to mid income .

I am sorry benny the cunt but I am with Harps on this one. At my venue that did cash it is was $10 plus $24 to chip up. With both my husband, my son and me playing take that up to over $100. On the nights we played we would usually take the youngest 2 kids so would be spending up to $150. The venue we were playing at were charging odd amounts for meals such as $17.50 and would only give you the chips for $15 even if you offered to pay the extra .50c and drinks were separate and not added to the meal amount so the $3.50 for the drink (coke) meant even more. It wasn't so bad when the chip up cards were valid for two weeks as we could use the extra we spent with the kids the following week but now that they have to be used in the same night no longer an option.

i think disgusted is pretty strong language.

obviously there is a market for more cash games, they wouldn't do it otherwise. they dont just pull changes like this out of their arse.

so all i can say is think beyond your own circumstances and you might find that the change is in the best interests of the majority, even if sometimes you are not in that group
