So I gather there is no-one there with a lappy and a net connection ...

Probably, but not enough time to be commentating, TD ing, sorting stuff, organising and managing to be able to do it.

I know Garth, Michael and Adam are pretty awesome, but not to superhuman levels.

He was the bald guy 2 to your left. He is not a bad player we are just so different. I think it just annoys me that he has so much potential and since playing online his game has become very manic. When he is on his game he is at least 10 times a much better player than me live but if you ever tell him I said that I will deny it ;)

Back to the weekend. I did no good in the semi's. Played a lot better than Saturdays high rollers but did not make it passed second break. Sitting with about 12 bb shoved it all in with AK suited. Called by pocket 4's who had min raised prior to me and to make it short I flopped 2 pair he rivered the set. Oh well that is poker.

I would like to congratulate all of the guys who worked over the weekend as this was the best finals I have been to in a while. There was plenty of games going on all of the time which was great. Although we were over 2 floors which is not the greatest it worked well as we were not all stuffed in like sardines and there was room to move. The transition from downstairs to upstairs was smooth and all of the staff we helpful and friendly.

Not sure if I will be at the next one though as I am not playing in venue much anymore. Will play the 10 qualifiers and hopefully I will qualify through the online games I play. Might use my spare time to finally sit down and read some of these poker books I have. I have so many and have only read the 2 by Joe Navaro and all they did was make me very angry at my boss each time I know he is lying to me.

No idea I usually stay to the end but only when there is a Bendigo player still in. Unfortunately all of our players were out before the money this time.
