Changes will not occur unless you are very very lucky.
If we were not running a flight system you would still be expected to be at the event at 10am in the morning if not earlier. Swapping flights has caused no end of headaches for me previously.

Unless you want to make extra work for yourself and or also open the door to criticism, I'd suggest you stick to your current ruling Garth.

ok but its not fair for us 1st flighters to be there in the morning, complete our flight and wait for the 2nd flight to finish then start the 3rd round.
i think the 3rd round should be done the following week.
