Hi Guys,
Well what can I say? What a great day I enjoyed myself immensely and had a fun day. The poker was good and you players were awesome. We obviously had a few teething problems that can be rectified for the next one.
I would like to thank the staff for donating the time, the Semaphore for being a wonderful host of this event, my brother for his help in putting together this event and obviously to Des and Pete and most of all David for creating and maintaining the forum.
The next teams event will probably just be for players and we will look to do a bounty staff event. We also have a few different ideas in the pipeline.
I appreciate any feedback anyone can offer on the day and any constructive criticism. We are always looking to improve events and the structure.
So after saying all that, the number one team was: ATC united!
That would be a staff team, it was a slim win, only 5 points to the family one.
Dave Bounds will be the lucky player heading to Melbourne to play in the 150K champs. Good Luck Dave.
A big special mention of Laura Duce who took down the honours in round three, the final table consisted of 5 staff members and Laura defeated Nathan heads up to take down the 55 points.
