The team at 888PL have done it again with a cracking new promotion to get the new year and the new season off to a great start.

STATE OF ORIGIN POKER!!
South Australia vs Victoria/Tasmania

That’s right we are going to play the Redbacks off against the Bushrangers and the Tassie Tigers. The Crows against the Big V. Finally 888PL players will get the chance to answer the question of state rivalry once and for all and win some great prizes too!

Play for your state in a Sit n Go with our secret 888 Ambassador at the 888PL Season 2 Grand Final in Adelaide in Feb at the West Adelaide Football Club. If your state wins you get the right to host the 888PL Grand Final in 2011!

Here’s how it works:

• Win any 888PL Home (online) or Away (in venue) regular game between Jan 4th and Feb 7th
• All winners will play in a state freeroll on Feb 13th at 888
• The top four from the respective state finals will win a seat at the table with our secret 888 ambassador at the State of Origin Final
• The State of Origin Final Qualifiers will receive flights and accommodation (if from outside South Australia) and entry into the 888PL Grand Final valued at $500
• The overall winner of the final will receive $2,000 and the player that knocks out our bounty will claim $1,000.
• Points will be awarded to states depending on the order of elimination: 1st – 15, 2nd – 11, 3rd – 9, 4th – 7, 5th – 6, 6th – 5, 7th- 3, 8th – 1. The State with the most points at the end of the Tournament will win hosting rights for the Grand Final in 2011.

This is the ultimate grudge match and a chance for you to stand up for your state and be counted!

Remember all you need to do is win a tournament between 4th Jan and 7th Feb. There are plenty to choose from including our new Home (online) Fixture and be sure to keep an eye out for new games opening up soon.
