) any how I will post the full details here to save any confusion.
Ladies Poker Night
7.30pm rego 8:30 start, 30th November 2007
Checkers on Pirie
289 Pirie St
Adelaide

Beginners welcome
This event is supported and hosted by National Poker League, (NPL). It is designed as a once off fun night for the ladies and will not have any bearing on any other league results.
If you cant play don’t worry, that’s what the night is for, to have a fun girls night out and learn how to play poker. There will be NPL hosts there to help you through the game and a practice table for you to hone your new skills.
Format
There will be sexy male waiters to attend to you throughout the game to provide drinks and refreshments. Meals and snacks will be available until 10pm. Spend cards will be provided to give you a chance to earn extra chips through out the night. Drink specials through out the night as well as prizes given to the winner and 2nd place getter.
Checkers?
Many of you will remember Checkers from its former glory as Checkmates, being a topless restaurant. Over the past year ( since being in new ownership) Checkers has changed its profile in Adelaide to be a multi functional venue. Although gentleman’s lunches are still very popular, this is only done on a Friday lunchtime. Other weekly events include poker, karaoke, parties etc..

As you can see the times are a bit later... this is to allow Checkers to revert from gentlemans lunch to ladies dinner in a manner as to not offend any body. we will be ready for all of you lovely ladies by 7:30, however you can attend earlier if you are not offended by topless female waitresses.
We have the champers on ice and the guys on the boil. Looking forward to a fun night.
