Regional players in State Top 50

My main man - Ian Howarth - has qualified 49th in the State, a fantastic result for a regional player. Were there any other?
His regional average was 60.41 which is incredible for venues that average 45 players.
Check out his previous seasons and see similar results, he is getting even better.
Statistically, the best player IMO would have to be Michael Francese.
His stats stand alone season after season.
I've never seen him play but the stats speak for themselves.
I would love to see them play against each other.
