Respect for TDs and NPL staff.

Hi all,
I would like to bring up a point of TD's and TA's decisions not being respected. I have been at a couple of venues in the last couple of weeks, where a TD has made a ruling on a certain situation, then the players involved in that situation then continue to argue the point in front of everyone in the room.
I personally believe that the TDs ruling at any point in a tournament should be final.
I understand that players may have a different view of the situation, but there is no need to make a scene in front of everyone embarrassing yourself or and possibly the TD.
If I am ever in a situation where I feel I have been disadvantaged unfairly by a TDs decision, I feel It would better the situation to ask the TD why they came up with that ruling in private.
Overall I know the TDs do the best job they can, and people need to remember that yes even TDs make mistakes, but there is a time and place to air your grievances.
Have a bit of respect for the staff and keep the integrity of the game.
