For the person who wanted to know.
AS of season 3 week 3(last season) if big blind is not present when the last card is dealt, then their cards are automatically mucked and they forfeit their big blind.

I thought you said once before at Parafield Flying Club that the big blind and their cards were in play (live) unless there was a raise or bet higher than the BB!!!!!!!!

that was before the new rules came out, now regardless of whatever position,if ur not there the cards are mucked. In the pass we did allow that, but not anymore. it was rule put in place to prevent the game being held up

Dakota: To clarify, if they're not at the table, yes? They could go to the toilet then be in the room, coming back, yelling at us to wait, but we should still fold their cards? Getting a drink from the bar... fold?

AK,
yes to all, if the player is not seated at the table when that final card is dealt then it is an automatic fold.

Cool that cuts out all the bullshit Iv'e been going through almost every week. It even came up again on Thursday nite at the Bad Beat table.

I was so adamant and told them that you actually told me that it had to stand. LOL

Dakota is it possible for you to suggest that all the TD's announce this in their opening speeches. At least it will make more people, more aware of what should happen once a punter leaves the table??

Great idea Bob. Would definitely stop all the bitching that inevitably happens when someone's hand is folded.

This is where the dealer should take control of the table.

You STILL see players taking their own change whenever they like, and taking cards from the muck.

I will pile up the cards that are mucked so you can't touch them.

So, if you are dealing and someone isn't seated, you take the cards straight away and muck.

i think you can allow a bit if discretion when invoking these rules - mucking cards when a player is nearly back at their seat is gonna ruffle some feathers, but to the same extent, the game should not be held up at all.

if the player is at the bar, saying hold on 30 secs while i get this drink, then muck his cards definitely
