Now that the d--k-y word can`t be said without being banned from a tourney i think i might have to start on the word 'moose'

Is that based on the play of the TD, or just another random animal?
I'm not perfect. I'm what perfect aspires to become

The Word is not the issue...

The manner is which the word is used is. For the record no warning would be giving for such childish behavior in the CBD region.

The CBD runs some of the best games in the state with all the best players in the state coming into town for those extra points. I am quite proud of the standard of behavior seen in CBD events. My aim is to keep it that way.

So be warned, if your looking for a way to prove your smarter than rule makers of the NPL you will soon fall short. Please understand rule/s before questioning them.

I agree with this and am totally against anything offensive towards other players. I've seen to many arguments break out over something stupid like the D word being used.
I don't agree that someone should be banned for using it on themselves though.
For example a friend of mine received a 5 minute penalty for saying "I D-----D that hand" or something similar.
I know you guys have to draw the line somewhere... But totally banning a word seems a little overkill to me...
I think if someone wants to call themselves a donkey or fish or whatever other animal is being used at the time... Let them... It's not hurting anybody...

Thank you because that was the whole point of this post to show that it is just a word. I feel any direct aggression against another player should result in instant  ban  from that game and not just because you said a word. ;) Maybe had we stamped out this type of thing in the first place rather than make jokes about it we wouldn`t be in this situation now i know of people that stopped going to venues during the first season because of someones attitude if they knew that player was going to be there some will say "yeah but thats all in the past" well maybe but the past started it.And i never complain or call someone a name if they play with 2 live cards and win regardless of the action before or after them i just like to know whats going on in their heads cause i could never play that way!
