Jamo hits the chip lead with a scoop of a 718,000 pot.

Jamo limped from early position and found one caller from middle.

Tank in the big blind bumps it another 50,000. Jamo then re raises to 150,000.

Tank calls and the flop falls K, 7, 8 two hearts.

Tank moves all in and Jamo tanks for two minutes and calls.

Tank = K J os
Jamo = A 9 spades.

The turn fell the queen of hearts and the miracle river was produced as the Ace of clubs to give Jamo a huge double up and leave Tank crippled with just over 60,000.

Sorry Michael I condenced the above to allow some room for reports. If anyone want to read the whole post they will find it on page three.

Hi there Michael, I think 90% of us know what your saying regarding some of the calls etc, but it's best to Leave it on the felt buddy, forget about it and move on. The other was unfortunate and very few people would have even thought along those lines as a game plan. Maybe you needed to make an adjustment and move on.

You're an excellent, calculating player, which is a rarety in the NPL and other similar events. I have always enjoyed playing with you so, join my table Tuesday night and we can talk abou in pivate, well amongst the ten of us at least LOL.

You love the game too much to walk away mate. So I suggest you play your serious poker at the Cas and continue to enjoy just going out and playing the venues you like. You can tutor me if you like and I'll start playing at the Cas with you. God knows I need the tutoring really, really, bad.

We have reached the final table.

Paul Marrano was just eliminated when his A T was called by A2.

The board bricked out and Paul was looking good until the deuce peeled off on the river.

I will have our final table lineup in a few minutes.

GL Jamo!
What a day! Yet again NPL has put on another fantastic State Final and Well done to the Venue for it's efforts.

I finally got to meet Bob, Bacon and Jammo... Awesome day...

First of all.... Scott... shhhhhhhhh...
Nathan should never have told the world my strategy... LOL
We at the table were talking about the hands we really dislike playing, only 2 seconds before I looked at my cards, I said I hate Pocket Jacks, then looked down and there they were... Laughing and mocking me...
So yes... I WON!!!
LOL

Yep.. played my recombine badly and learned a lesson.
I had AK unsuited, limped in and the flop came out ? 8 8...
So it was checked until it came to me and I was last to act, so I tried to represent the 8's and show I had trip 8's, so I bet $8,000... UTG thought about it for ages then decided to call, fold fold round to me
Turn was a 4

UTG goes all in, I paniced and thought I can't fold and show weakness..
Call he turns over a full house, with pocket 4's in his hand.
I was drawing dead.

So frankly he played awesome and ok, I am a little sore because I wonder how anyone can call that kind of bet with lower cards in their hand, but he played his hand and that is to his credit.

But as maybe I sounded a little flippent to those around me, but I was kinda stinging a bit and trying to put on a stiff upper lip..

But like so many, I set myself a goal, achieved it and am somewhat happy with that. I would like to have gone further, but maybe next final.

GO JAMMO!!!!

1st hand of the final table:

Tank is in the BB, Ernesto limps in middle position and action folds to Tank in the BB who moves all in.

Pot is worth 140,000.

Tank rolls 5s 6c up against ernesto's Qc8c.

The board runs out ?, A, J, A, J.

And Tank is eliminated.
